Activity Introduction/

In our busy life in Tokyo, we always look forward to a different "encounter".

This time, we specially invited residents from Tozawa Village in Yamagata Prefecture to come to Tokyo——

From their tables and their stories, we can rediscover Yamagata, which is more than just Ginzan Onsen.

✔️ Cooking demonstration: Learn to make Yamagata's authentic "Imo Niburi" and enjoy curry udon at the end

✔️ Local sake tasting: carefully selected three types of Yamagata sake (Hanayo, Eiko Fuji, etc.), experience the local flavor of the rice fragrance source

✔️ Cultural connection: Village stories (Tozawa Village) told by locals, real and unpretentious

✔️ Hometown exchange: Eat, drink, chat with Taiwanese people in Japan and make cultural travel companions

Delicious Northeastern menu/

Rice balls, fried pork with miso, wild vegetable tempura and local side dishes - each dish comes from the country kitchen in Yamagata.

Paired with rich beef and taro stew and special curry udon, the flavor is full of the local flavor of Tozawa Village.

There will also be on-site uncorking of Yamagata local sake from historic Yamato Sake Brewery, Fuji Sake Brewery, etc., just for you this evening.

Tozawa Village in Yamagata Prefecture in the northeast is holding its first local promotion event with the theme of "Taiwanese only".

The event is limited to 30 people, the food is freshly cooked on the day, and the sake is limited edition bottled.

We welcome all Taiwanese friends who live in Japan or are visiting Japan recently (for travel/work/visiting relatives) to come and experience this Yamagata-style night!

✔️ Target: All Taiwanese friends who "live in Japan" or "happen to visit Japan" are welcome to participate!

✔️Number of people: Limited to 20 to 30 people

✔️ Fee: 2,000 yen/person ※Register before June 11th to enjoy early bird discount of 1,500 yen/person
